As any of you that have seen my wedding veil will know I am all for feathers on hats, the bigger the better, but sometimes I have to question their use. This creation by Pam Hogg, seen during London Fashion week, has me asking myself when does it become overkill (no pun intended).
Then again my sister has an African grey parrot and I must admit that when it starts squalking at 5am, this thought has crossed my mind on more than one occasion.
